Acceptance

By using ImageLayer.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

ImageLayer.net is an online software service that uses AI to separate uploaded images into editable transparent PNG layers. Features may include upload, generation, preview, layer toggles, single-layer download, ZIP download, account management, credits, and payments.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

User Content

You are responsible for images you upload and for any results you create. You must have the rights needed to upload, process, and download the content. Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or private content that you are not authorized to use.

You may only upload images that you own, license, or otherwise have permission to process. ImageLayer.net is not intended for NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, hateful, violent, abusive, or illegal content.

AI Output

AI image layer separation may be imperfect. Results can vary based on image quality, subject clarity, overlapping objects, shadows, transparent materials, and small text. You should review generated layers before using them in production work.

Credits and Payments

ImageLayer.net sells one-time credits through credit packs. Credits are consumed when generation starts. Failed provider or system generations may refund credits automatically. Purchases are generally final unless required by law, caused by a duplicate charge, or caused by a service-side issue that prevents delivery of the purchased credits.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. Provider terms may also apply.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to process.
  • Upload or attempt to process NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, hateful, violent, threatening, harassing, or illegal content.
  • Upload or attempt to process sexualized minors or any content involving child sexual exploitation.
  • Attempt to bypass credit, payment, rate-limit, security, or access controls.
  • Attempt to bypass, evade, or manipulate content safety checks.
  • Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
  • Use generated output in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but ImageLayer.net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageLayer.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ImageLayer.net after updates means you accept the revised terms.
